We want you to love your flowers. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right — every order is backed by our happiness guarantee.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@petalspines.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns

Because most items are handcrafted to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Do reach out, though — we'll always try to help.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized bouquets are made especially for you and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from your confirmed design.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
