Processing time
Most of our flowers are made to order. Please allow 2–4 working days for us to handcraft your blooms before they're dispatched. Custom bouquets may take 4–6 working days.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days depending on your location within India. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies, calculated at checkout.
